3. OrdersOrders can be placed online via our website or by phone.
Minimum order amount and delivery fees may apply depending on location.
By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information (delivery address, phone number, etc.) is accurate.

4. PaymentWe accept payments via credit/debit cards.
All online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, UniPay.

5. Cancellation and Refund PolicyYou may cancel your order up to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time by calling our support number.
Refunds are only issued in cases of incorrect or spoiled items, supported by photographic evidence submitted within 2 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds are returned to your payment method within 7 business days.

6. Delivery PolicyDelivery is available within Tbilisi.
Estimated delivery time: 60–90 minutes depending on distance and traffic.
We do our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to high demand or external factors.

7. LiabilitySushi Gee is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
